By accessing or using SAORR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. About SAORR
SAORR is a marketplace that connects homeowners and property managers with local contractors and handypeople. SAORR facilitates the connection but is not a party to the service agreements between customers and contractors.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use SAORR.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
4. For Customers
- You agree to pay for services ordered through the platform.
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements.
- Communicate respectfully with contractors.
- Leave honest and fair reviews after service completion.
5. For Contractors
- You represent that you have the necessary skills, licenses, and insurance for the services you offer.
- You agree to deliver services as described in your gig listings.
- You are responsible for the quality of your work.
- SAORR charges a 10% platform fee on completed orders.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Funds are held until the order is completed. Refund eligibility depends on order status and circumstances. Contractors receive payouts through their connected Stripe account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing the platform to avoid fees.
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Harassing other users.
- Using the platform for illegal activities.
- Manipulating reviews or ratings.
8. Limitation of Liability
SAORR is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by contractors, disputes between users, or any damages arising from the use of our platform. We provide tools for resolution but cannot guarantee outcomes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings or by contacting support.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SAORR after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
